“Trust” is an important value into a DBA’s team, there are moments when a Senior DBA need to support a Novice DBA just talking to him/her or providing advices, but there are moments that a Senior DBA need to take the ownership of a situation to avoid concerns from both sides (customer and your company).

3) Senior DBA replied Customer’s email explaining the Novice DBA request
